RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Returns & exchanges accepted within 30 days

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

To return one or more items from an order, the following conditions must be met:

The return must be requested within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.
The item must be in its original, unused, unaltered, and unwashed condition.
The item must be returned with the tags and packaging in their original condition.
The item must meet the categorical requirements below.
Once the returned merchandise has been quality checked and approved, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment and a confirmation email will be sent to you. Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 to 10 business days after we receive your returned items. Once refunds are issued, it may take up to 5-7 business days for the refund amount to be posted to your original form of payment, depending on your bank.

Please note: Final Sale items are not eligible for return. Shipping fees and duties will not be refunded unless you received a damaged item.

Cha Cha Travels/La Cha Cha reserves the right to reject any returning products that do not comply with the above stated return policy. Rejected items will be sent back to the original shipping address without any refund being processed. To avoid this, please contact lachachatravels@gmail.com to address any issues or concerns you have regarding the item(s) you wish to return.

When requesting a return, customers must ensure to keep the return postage receipt until the refund is duly processed. La Cha Cha / Cha Cha Travels reserves the right to refuse any request for a return without this mandatory proof of return postage.
